Crafted from old vines planted on diverse soils, the wine presents a refined expression of ripe apple, citrus zest and herbal nuances. On the palate, it reveals a medium body, complemented by a noticeable mineral backbone that underscores its origins.This is a very important vineyard in the Swartland because of its age and quality of the wine. Tinta Barocca has found a good home here in the Swartland and grows well here providing a wonderful freshness of fruit and tannin in many blends.
