Only the healthiest berries from hand-harvested grapes made it into the small, open-top fermenters where they were fermented on the skins. During fermentation, pump-overs were performed twice a day to extract the ripe, round tannins and the maximum amount of colour pigmentation. The wine was aged for 22 months in new French oak barrels.

An exceptional blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot that strikes the perfect balance between strength and elegance.

Pleasant aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, and violetslead to a palate brimming with layers of plum, red currant and hints of cedar wood. The Cabernet Sauvignon component contributes depth and structure, the Cabernet Franc adds finesse and an aromatic complexity, and the Merlot infuses rich, ripe fruit flavours. Silky tannins, balanced oaking and a long finish laced with luscious red fruits complete this friendly, approachable wine, showcasing the artistry and precision of its winemaking.
